Basic rules and guidelines

These simple rules help us keep every tour comfortable, safe and well organized. If you have any questions before your trip, please contact Mos-Tour - we’ll be happy to help.

1) Booking and confirmation

  • A tour is considered confirmed after we agree on the program, date, start time and the final price.

  • Please double-check your contact details (phone / WhatsApp / email) so we can reach you quickly if needed.

  • For private tours, we can adapt the itinerary to your pace and interests.

2) Payment

  • Payment options and timing depend on the chosen program (private tour, group tour, tickets, transfers, etc.).

  • Some services (tickets, trains, flights, museums with limited availability) may require prepayment to secure reservations.

  • If your tour includes third-party tickets, these may be non-refundable or refundable with a fee - we will always warn you in advance.

3) Punctuality and meeting point

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time.

  • Your guide will meet you at the agreed point (hotel lobby / metro exit / landmark). We will share exact details and a contact number in advance.

  • If you are running late, message us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to adjust the plan.

4) What to bring

  • Passport / ID (and visa/migration documents if required).

  • Comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing.

  • Water and any personal medication you may need.

  • In winter: warm layers, gloves, and non-slip footwear.

5) Weather and route adjustments

  • The weather can change quickly. Your guide may suggest small route changes for comfort and safety.

  • Outdoor parts may be shortened or replaced if conditions are unsafe (heavy rain, extreme cold, strong wind, closures).

6) Museums, cathedrals and dress code

  • Some sites require modest clothing (covered shoulders/knees) and may have special rules.

  • Security checks are normal in popular attractions; please allow extra time.

7) Children and special needs

  • Families are welcome. Please tell us the children’s ages in advance so we can choose the best pace and stops.

  • If you have mobility restrictions, allergies, or other important needs, tell us before booking - we’ll adapt the route.

8) Photography and filming

  • Outdoor photography is usually allowed.

  • Inside some museums/cathedrals photography may be restricted or may require an additional ticket - rules depend on the venue.

9) Respectful behavior

  • Please respect local customs, public spaces and other visitors.

  • Alcohol is not allowed in many public areas and museums; please follow local rules.

10) Cancellations and rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule, please contact us as early as possible - we’ll try to move your booking to another date.

  • Cancellation conditions depend on the tour type and included services (tickets, transport, reservations). We will clearly confirm the terms before payment.

11) Questions and feedback

We care about quality. If something doesn’t meet your expectations during the tour, please tell the guide right away - most issues can be solved immediately. You can also contact our team after the tour.
